maxupport - support services is standing for outstanding customer support from Germany since 1996.
After the company was founded, the individual areas were expanded and new ones were annexed. Barely a year later, we expanded our Internet activities and telecommunications facilities, enabling us to establish ourselves internationally in the entertainment industry.
In the following years, we have expanded our portfolio and strengthened our core business by building up manufacturer-independent services. This was also reflected in the number of renowned customers who appreciate our modular strategy.
In 1999 the legal form of the company was changed into a GmbH. We aimed to further develop our growth strategy, which had a strong increase in efficiency due to greater networking and the advancement of digitization.
In the years following the turn of the millennium, our visions have remained ambitious. After the virtualization of the call center structure, we have been able to expand our range of services continuously. In addition, we have started to establish a beta testing and localization competence center (QA department).
With sustainable growth and a determined internationalization strategy, we have created a company with a stable core business and flexible additional branches. The optimal integration of new technologies and regionally tailored offers make maxsupport an internationally interesting partner for large and small projects.
